Request
Send automatically on the KPI reporting schedule or manually whenever a manager needs an update.
Set the reporting cadence once. Presto asks the right people for the right KPI information when it is due, or lets managers request an update on the fly.
Preferred future visual: a polished HTML KPI update email beside the responsive KPIConnect input panel on a mobile phone.
KPIConnect© is Presto's human-input layer: a simple two-way feedback experience for collecting structured KPI information from process owners without asking everyone to learn the main application.
Send automatically on the KPI reporting schedule or manually whenever a manager needs an update.
Use KPI RACI logic so requests go to the people assigned as Responsible or Accountable.
Open the secure email link and submit KPI information through a responsive two-way panel.
Apply the configured approval route or allow authorized updates to feed reporting directly.
Use the submitted information in Presto's KPI dashboard, Bowler and wider performance reporting.
Scheduled requests make reporting proactive. KPIConnect© can contact assigned process owners according to the KPI's daily, weekly, monthly or other configured reporting cadence.
When management needs fresh information outside that cycle, an authorized user can also send a manual Push Email request directly from Presto.
Preferred future visual: HTML Push Email showing the KPI update request and clear button into KPIConnect©.
Preferred future visual: KPI RACI assignment beside the KPIConnect recipient/request interface.
KPIConnect© requests are tied to the KPI accountability model. Presto knows the reporting period and directs requests to the people assigned as Responsible or Accountable in the KPI RACI matrix.
This keeps data collection connected to ownership instead of depending on broad distribution lists, disconnected spreadsheets or somebody centrally working out who needs to respond.
Full Presto users can enter the same information through the KPI dashboard and Bowler Chart. Connected Staff do not need that full application experience: a short introductory email can get them ready to use KPIConnect© in less than five minutes.
Submit the KPI result for the reporting period presented by Presto.
Add the context managers need to understand the number rather than receiving a result in isolation.
Provide the supporting performance information configured for the KPI.
Include supporting material where the KPI reporting process requires evidence or additional context.
Where explanation is required, capture root-cause information at source for subsequent Pareto analysis.
Preferred future visual: responsive panel showing several KPIs assigned to one person with result, commentary, status/forecast, attachment and root-cause entry.
KPIConnect© is fully responsive. A process owner can receive the automatic notification, tap the button in the HTML email and open the KPI input panel directly on a phone, tablet or desktop.
That makes structured KPI capture practical for shop-floor, site-based and operational staff who have valuable performance information but do not need to spend their day inside management software.
Many organizations introduce KPIConnect© to replace offline spreadsheets that never became a reliable management system. Others use the lower-friction collection model to start reporting KPIs they previously did not capture at all.
One client launched a KPI reporting program covering more than 700 KPIs across 11 locations in four countries and approximately 250 users in less than two months.
KPIConnect© made it possible to bring a large network of process owners into the reporting rhythm without turning every contributor into a trained, full-time Presto user.
Low-friction data entry does not mean uncontrolled reporting. Each KPI can be configured according to the management process around it.
Preferred future visual: KPIConnect submission beside Presto's governed approval state and resulting Bowler update.
KPIConnect© gets human-input information into Presto. Bowler Charts, Trend Reporting and Root Cause & Pareto Analysis turn that information into structured management insight.
Put disciplined KPI capture into the operating rhythm without another spreadsheet, another chase or another training program.
